At JCS Livestock we have a dedicated team who are proficient in moving livestock safely and humanely around the world. Whether it be a tiger for conservation or your child's pet mouse, we will relocate them safely and with the utmost care.

We realise that livestock comes in all shapes and sizes and at JCS Livestock we have handled them all. Whether you are a live tropical fish importer, livestock breeder or pet owner holidaying or relocating abroad, we know how important each animal is to you.

JCS Livestock is a division of James Cargo Services Ltd, established some 20 years ago dealing with world wide freight forwarding for all commodities, from live ornamental fish to batteries.

Since its inception JCS Livestock has dealt with all manner of animals, from earthworms to zebra, all receiving safe, humane transportation whether by air, road or sea.

Our dedicated livestock team are on hand to answer questions and to offer advice and information. We have a close working relationship with the various authorities and can handle all livestock shipments, whether imports or exports.

We have handled many VIP shipments including "Torgamba", a Sumatran rhino relocated from the UK to a sanctuary in Indonesia and "Olive", an osprey who needed help back to The Gambia.

Policy Statement on the Transportation of Live Animals 1) The animal’s wellbeing is paramount. 2) We will not transport or deal with any animals for laboratory or any other testing 3) We do not transport or deal with Wild Caught birds. 4) We will not deal with Wild Caught animals unless for the preservation of the species. 5) When dealing with pets, the Animal is the customer. We will see to the comfort and well being of the pet before that of the rest of it’s human family. We appreciate that owners do not usually like to spend time on planes and at airports but we will insist on ensuring that the pet has been checked and is well after its flight before any further travel to its Owners home. 6) We will report anyone that we find “knowingly” harming, mistreating or illegally transporting any animal to the relevant authority.
